The Carpenters and Docklands Centre in Stratford is offering a free flag football programme for young people aged 16 to 24.
Delivered in partnership with The NFL/GO London, the programme is open to males and females of all abilities. Flag football is a fun, inclusive and non-contact sport, and no previous playing experience is needed.
Alongside weekly flag football sessions, participants will have access to:
• Recognised flag football coaching qualifications
• NFL events and game-day excursions
• Personal and digital-development workshops
• Travel support
• Childcare support

• Progression routes into clubs, education and employment
