Spring into Wellness

This summer, we welcome communities from across Newham, in partnership with Newham Council's Stratford and West Ham Neighbourhood Team, for a day full of fun, free food, and wellbeing activities.

Meet over 20 local community, health, faith, voluntary, and council organisations coming together at Stratford Library to share information about their services and the support available to residents.

On the day you can:
• Access FREE health checks and wellbeing advice.
• Meet local health, community, faith, and support organisations.
• Learn about local services, programmes, and opportunities.
• Enjoy healthy food demonstrations, tasters, and family-friendly activities.
• Take part in wellbeing activities, including yoga and salsa.
• Get support with GP registration and using the NHS App

No appointment. No registration. No cost. Just turn up and bring the family too.
