World Mental Health Day Fair 2026

We are delighted to invite you to Newham's World Mental Health Day Fair 2026.

This year's theme is Community and Wellbeing. We're bringing together statutory, voluntary and faith sector organisations, volunteers and local residents for a day of connection, conversation and shared learning to celebrate the work happening across the borough to support people's mental health.

Join us for:
•    Networking with organisations from across Newham
•    Presentations by local organisations
•    Wellbeing activities and discussions
•    Stalls with resources and information
•    Guest speakers
•    Lunch and much more

The day is open to everyone. That includes anyone living with mental health challenges, carers, service users, family members and friends. Whatever brings you through the door, you are welcome.

Whether you provide mental health support, work in a related field, volunteer locally, care for someone, or simply live in the borough, this is a chance to meet, connect, work together and see the remarkable work being done to support people who are struggling.
