Well Newham Vitamins Distribution Partners

We are inviting community organisations and partners to apply to become authorised distributors of:

• Vitamin D (60+ programme)
• Healthy Start Vitamins
• Promote Healthy Start Card

We welcome expressions of interest from organisations working with local communities, including voluntary, community, faith, and health partners.

• Applications will be scored and reviewed after the closing date
• Successful applicants for the first cohort will be notified by the end of July
• You will then be invited to training and distribution of stock
• A Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be put in place
• Applications submitted after the deadline will be reviewed in September 2026 

As part of the programme, you will:

• Provide vitamins to your service users and eligible residents 
• Promote the Healthy Start scheme and vitamins offer 
• Record distribution data to support programme monitoring 

You will receive training, resources, and ongoing support to help you deliver this role effectively. 

• If you currently distribute Healthy Start Vitamins, you must complete the Expression of Interest (EOI) form to continue under the new model.
• The current systems (Therapy Audit and Vit D data collection form) will stop working by the end of August.
• From then on, you must use the new data collection form, including for any remaining stock.

Once onboarded, you will have access to:

• Training and onboarding sessions
• Communication materials and resources  
• Ongoing support and peer networking opportunities
