Newham has a network of bike hire docking stations across the borough. The Brompton Bike Hire stations allow residents to hire folding Brompton bikes from as little as £5 a day.

Try Before You Bike
Trial a new or nearly new bike for a monthly fee. You can arrange to have your bike delivered directly to your door with a free cycle skills session to increase your confidence. If you love your bike you get the hire fees deducted from the price and you can pay the balance through an interest free payment plan. All bikes come with lights, lock and helmet and you can add any other accessories you might need. Insurance against theft and damage is included in the monthly fee.

This service is open to anyone who currently or in the past received care from Barts Health NHS Trust.
Cycling Development Sessions for Children
Within Newham, we have 2 City HUB sessions - a Plaistow Park session (every Tuesday 4-5pm) and an Olympic Park session (every Thursday 4.30-5.30pm). The sessions are free cycling development sessions for children, aged 7-14, who can already ride a bike, and want to progress their cycling and race skills. All equipment is provided, so register today and come along!
