Please join us together to Celebrate Ageing and Challenge Ageism!
Newham Age-Friendly Community (led by Newham Council, Subco Trust and Age UK East London) with the support of Immediate Theatre will be recognising Age Without Limits Action Day.
A chance for everyone to do something to change the narrative about ageing.
You can expect free refreshments, sharing experiences, reminiscence,information stalls, and lots more.
