April is Stress Awareness Month, raising awareness of the causes and impact of stress on mental health and offering ways of supporting mental wellbeing.
This event will include an ELFT Cost of Living stall providing practical advice, hacks and tips to help reduce the costs of escalating household bills and other daily living needs, hopefully resulting in lowering stress caused by the cost of living crisis.
