About the training
The training will give an overview of entitlement to NHS services in England. Basic definitions of immigration status will also be covered.
This session will cover:
- Barriers to accessing healthcare
- Entitlement to primary care and GP registration
- Useful resources for patients to understand their rights to healthcare and navigate the NHS
- Help with health costs – HC1 forms and HC2 certificates
- An introduction to secondary care charging and entitlement
