Introduction to Good Thinking

About the training
Good Thinking is a FREE, NHS-approved digital mental health and wellbeing service designed to support Londoners in managing common mental health concerns such as stress, anxiety, low mood, and sleep difficulties. Since its launch, Good Thinking has reached over 700,000 people, offering a wide range of evidence-based tools, self-assessments, and resources tailored to individual needs.
This training session will provide an overview of the platform, including:
- How Good Thinking works and who it’s for
- Key features and resources available
- How to signpost individuals to the service effectively
- Real-world examples of how it has supported users
- Opportunities for professionals to help promote and integrate the service into their work
By the end of the session, participants will feel confident in navigating the platform and encouraging others to use it as part of their mental health and wellbeing journey.
