- How to signpost young children and families to access Lumi Nova
- An opportunity to ask questions

Lumi Nova: Tales of Courage is available and free to access for families in Newham in partnership with East London NHS Foundation Trust. Families can access Lumi Nova by visiting Lumi Nova - Free for families in Newham — Lumi Nova: Tales of Courage and clicking ‘get access’.
Powered by science, backed by the NHS, Lumi Nova: Tales of Courage is a digital therapeutic intervention to enable timely support for childhood anxiety. It comes in the format of a digital therapeutic game co-designed with children, parents, NHS clinicians, and experts in mental health, human-centred design, and digital technology. Lumi Nova equips young minds with life-long skills to cope with mild to moderate anxiety; It is easy to use and can be accessed instantly. Lumi Nova facilitates graded exposures - based on CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). Lumi Nova is designed for:
● 7-12 year olds
● Mild to moderate difficulties with fears and worries (anxiety)
Lumi Nova is not suitable for:
