This training will cover the following topics:

  • What stress really is and how it shows up in our lives
  • Common causes and different types of stress
  • How to identify healthy vs. unhealthy levels of stress
  • Practical management techniques you can start using straight away
  • Useful resources and tips to support your wellbeing

This session is open to everyone whether you’re supporting others in your role or looking after your own wellbeing.
