You are invited to the third health seminar hosted by the Newham Public team, in collaboration with the Staff Equity Forum.
This session will explore the intersection of race and health, with a focus on 'Moving for Health' — the role of physical activity in improving wellbeing.
You’ll hear from experts who will share insights, explain how this issue affects our communities, and highlight the support and resources available.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and take part in the discussion.
