Thriving with ADHD session delivered by Newham Recovery College will focus on will focus on ways to live well with ADHD.
It will highlight some of the strengths that ADHD may bring and discuss some simple techniques to overcome some of the challenges; whilst feeling empowered by your unique abilities and identity.
