This 45 minute webinar will support expectant mothers to eat well during their pregnancy. Our registered nutritionists will cover the following topics:
• how to have a balanced diet
• different meal and snack routines
• foods to limit and avoid
• managing food and eating
• supplement recommendations.
There will also be an opportunity to answer any questions at the end of the webinar.
