Well Newham Evaluation Toolkit: A how-to session

This 2-hour session will help participants understand and use the Well Newham Evaluation Toolkit. This is a free, online resource that supports organisations to evaluate the health benefits of their projects.
What the session covers:
• Toolkit overview: What it is and what it contains
• Practical monitoring and evaluation options: Simple guidance and tips on choosing the right ways to track progress and assess impact for different projects.
• Learning by doing: Opportunities to use the toolkit together with others
Why this matters:
Commissioned services and community organisations often need to show their impact to funders and stakeholders. Evaluation doesn’t just show whether a project was successful - it also provides learning that can shape future work and strengthen funding applications.
This session gives staff practical skills to improve evaluation, reporting, and clearly demonstrate the health benefits of their work.
